 THE BOOLPROP 19TH BIRTHDAY

 HOLIDAY CHALLENGE

Dot Holliday: Pleasure, 50 1st dates

Hi I have been chose to do Boolprop's 19th Birthday Holiday challenge, i get to fly around 3 different vacation spots and lots of different hotels and have lots of different dishes to try and meet lots of different people. I also have to get 45 vacation mementos, i don't have to write them down i have this:

These will keep track of all the things that i have seen and done, as you can i have already traveled somewhere what a spoiler. I also start with £20,000 pounds and see if that will last everywhere i go.

Monday:

So it has started raining here so i am off to the beach, Twikki Island. I have packed my bags well not to much to pack as i don't really have many clothes with me, i was just put on a plot of land with a side table and a phone and i used that to book my vacation.

As i said i get to try all the different hotels on the island and this is called Twikki Beach Hotel. I picked my room and sign at the concierge desk. I was very excited to look around the hotel.

I picked this room,  with a single bed but with a balcony looking over the sea, sometimes i will remember to take pictures of the hotel and sometimes I won't.

This hotel and a nice little restaurant, the waitress was lovely and took my order

The hotel wasn't very busy and my food came very quickly and i really enjoyed it.

I really wanted to go swimming but i know that i have to wait a little while after eating, so i tried to make a sandcastle it wasn't very good at all.

Time for a swim, now my food gone down the water was lovely and warm and very refreshing.

When i got out the water i decided to sunbath for a while, i closed my eyes and i could here and feel the water lapping at my feet, and the warm sunshine on my face.

I met a teenager called Amar Hamilton, and we talked about cooking

and we hung out until we were friends.

Tuesday:

Ok the bed was really comfortable but i didn't want to leave, but i had to

while i waited for my taxi, i dug some holes looking for treasure or treasure maps, i need the maps so i can find hidden locations.

Well i didn't find any maps but i did find some treasure so that will happy pay towards the cost of the vacations.

The next hotel is Blossom Wood Hotel

Ancient Ruins of Numchuck

This is the first place i visited and i was a bit 

naughty and put soap into the fountain

It turned red, that scared me a little, i didn't think that would happen. Don't play about with fountains

I found a nice relaxing rock pool or spa as people might call it. I chilled out for a little while.

I saw man standing by the telephone kiosk and he was a tour guide, he told me their are three tours to go on, so we started with parasailing.

I chose the one to try and close the harness, not sure if you can read that ok the picture is not that good

but it didn't work and we landed very heavily into the sea.

Time to eat a local dish of food, a fruit salad, well that shouldn't be to hard to eat.

South End Beach

My next stop was South End Beach and their have this ship wreck here where people can explore it how fun.

Their also said there is a ghost in the captain's cabin but i didn't see one, i will have to come back another time or day.

I did some beach combing looking for shells

I also went back on the ship when it got dark

and played pirate with a stuff doll, still no ghost

Wednesday:

time to check out from Blosson Wood Hotel and onto the next one

and this is Double Palm Resort

It had a lovely hammock, i have never been on a hammock before. But i wasn't in existence until the sim player wanted to do the challenge

Their didn't have a restaurant but a little food market, and i tried some more delicious food

There was also a masseur 

and she taught me hot to do a hot stone massage, it was so nice

The tour guide was outside the hotel so i decided to go on another tour this time Glass Bottom Boat tour

and off into this lovely purple vehicle

We saw a camera in the water and decided to pick it up

but we shouldn't have done, i was itchy for hours.

Majestic Ruins of Jumbo IV

Another ancient ruins but i didn't put any soap in any fountain this time.

but i did have something to eat i seem to be hungry for food every time i came out.

This fountain looks like the same as the other one, this ruins are not that great

I booked another tour, which included going on a helicopter

I picked the green button as it is my favourite color

but it wasn't successful and i felt very sick when i got off the helicopter

Sea Water Beach Parade

In the evening i went to Sea Water beach parade and tried

my hand at learning how to do the fire dance

it took a while to learn it but i did

but did feel sorry for the tour guide and local charlatan pick pocketed the poor man.

Well i have only been here three days and i have learnt so much

already and done a lot too.

Thursday:

So deicided to have an extra day at the Double Palm Resort and i ordered myself some room service while i got cleaned up and ready to go out again.

South End Beach

I went back to South end beach, and i thought i would do some more sunbathing

it was nice but i didn't have the water lapping at my feet this time.

I also went for a quick swim, before i went on the ship wreck to see if i could see the ghost of the captain's cabin

I went in and i came out

with a ghost behind me, i chatted to him about games

he scared other people

I went back when it was dark and he taught me a song

called the sea chantey

Still looking for maps for those secret locations

Friday:

I checked out of the Double Palm Resort hotel and went back to Blossom Wood Hotel

I chilled in the pool for a little while

and relaxed on the bed

and ordered room service

I tried digging for maps again but i must have hit a water main or something.

White Sands Hot Springs

another place to visit and force myself to eat another delicious dish

I chillded on the hammocks that were tied between two palm trees

and read a book, i did go in the hot springs but i don't have a picture of that

Still looking for those exclusive maps

oops another water pipe.

Fruitville Village

The fruit on display looked delicious and i had to buy some

not sure where i am going to put them when i get back to the hotel

One of the locals showed me their local gesture called hang loose

and still looking for maps and treasures.

Saturday:

I left Blossom Wood Hotel and went to Potterhouse Bungalows

I had a beautiful view of the sea out of my window

I just stood there and stared out to sea mesmerized by the waves

i sat on the lounge chair and relaxed

This was my last chance to sunbathe as i am going home tomorrow

I ordered room service, and when i waiting for it to arrive 

i played on the swings.

it was lovely eating on the balcony watching the sea.

Twikki Beach Board Walk

And here i am eating again, you will probably see lots of pictures of me eating

There was a little place to light a fire and i roasted a marshmellow

and sat stared into the fire place

and i went for a late night swim

This was one of the best night sleeps i have this week, listening to the sound of the sea.

I have to come back to Twikki Island as i have missed two things, the hula dance and getting a voodoo doll.

Sunday:

Time to say goodbye for now

I am back home now and start digging in my own back yard

hoping to find some maps and treausres

I did fill the holes back up again

and found a couple of maps too.
